What is VCD?
VCD or Video CD is a CD that contains a movie and plays in your computer and in most DVD drives. It's just a regular CD-R, so if you own a CD-ROM drive and a PC or Mac, you can play it. All our movies are around 1 hour long.

Will your CDs work on my computer?

If you can play MPEG files on your computer, you can view our VCDs. Any Windows 95/98/2000/XP/NT system with free Microsoft Windows Media Player (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/) installed can play these movies. All our VCDs have been tested to work using Windows Media Player and PowerDVD. For MAC users, there is Quicktime (http://quicktime.apple.com/sw/qtmac.html).

How to run the VCD in Computer?
For computers, if you can play MPEG (.mpg /.dat ) files now, you're already set. In fact any Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT system with the included Microsoft Windows Media Player will work.
Insert the VCD and locate the .dat file in the MPEGAV folder that you open with a MPG player like Windows Media Player. With some really good player like PowerDVD it's just to insert the VCD and hit play and it will autoplay the VCD. Use a low resolution, like 640x480, on the monitor when watching a VCD to get best quality.

Can I play VCD on a Mac?
Yes. All you need is QuickTime and Apple's MPEG extension. If you don't have these, they can be downloaded from Apple's web site.

Will your CDs work in my standalone DVD player?
You can check your DVD player for compatibility by reading the manual or in www.dvdrhelp.com .

Some DVD players like CDR VCD and some not. We cannot guarantee that our CDs will work with all brands of players. We guarantee that our CDs will play in any computer.

What kind of media do you use?

We use CD-R media of the highest quality. We ship the CDs without cover and in a protecting sleeve. Each one has a code on it that identifies the title.

What if my CD doesn't work on my computer?

Your VCD will work on your computer, guaranteed. You will need to have a Mpeg player of course (like Windows Media Player ,included with all versions of Windows or PowerDVD ) which you can find on the net for free. The VCD's are tested for quality before we ship them. In the event that your CD arrives damaged or not working, we will replace it for free.

Are movies censored?

In Japanese Adult Video, due to Japanese law, all adult movies have a mosaic censor. You can see what the mosaic censor is in our sample video captures. You won't be able to find these movies without the censor, it simply doesn't exist. We have a few unsensored movies that come from the black market. This is specified in the movies list "(uncensored)".

Are Movies "Original" or they are copies ?

We sell backup copies of movies which are generally hard to find outsid Japan and not available to the general public. Please contact us for further questions regarding this issue.

What types of Payments do you accept?

Major Credit Cards and eCheck (transfer from your US Bank account) are the default in our site .
You can submit the info online or fax it.
If you prefer we can also handle: Money Order or Western Union transfer .
We also accept cash, if you accept the (low) risk of sending it by mail.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card for on-line payments?
Yes, it is. Major online payments companies processes your payment. We never see your Credit Card info and everything keeps strictly confidential.

Yes, you can, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us ASAP.

About Delivery

How much for the handling and shipping fee ?
Mailing charges:
Air Mail: flat $5.95 Shipping cost for ANY quantities per order, worldwide.

It may take from 6 to 12 days to the US or Europe (typically 8), a bit longer to the rest of the world, up to 14 days.

Packaging
All disks are discreetly packed in a padded envelope, each one in a protecting sleeve . We use high quality mail pack. In our experience, this packaging is much more than enough to keep the disks safe. It looks like a letter from one person to another, no reference to BigBustVCD, sex, boobs or anything (outside or inside the package). Each CD will have a code on it. You'll receive an email telling which title corresponds to each code.
